MISLEADING, and 5 chalky tablets a day isn’t worth it
I was really disappointed with this creatine. The packaging highlights 5 g, but each tablet is only 1 g, so you have to chew 5 tablets a day to get the recommended dose. The version I bought only has 50 tablets, which works out to a 10-day supply. For the price, that’s a bad deal. The label also lists the serving size as 1 tablet at 10 calories. Since you need 5 to get a full dose, that’s 50 calories a day from your creatine, which isn’t obvious unless you do the math yourself. Then there’s the daily routine. Chewing 5 tablets every single day gets old fast, and the texture is chalky and unpleasant. Creatine only works if you take it consistently, so a format this inconvenient defeats the purpose. If you want creatine, a plain powder will give you far more servings for the money, with no calories, and takes seconds to mix. I don’t recommend this one.
