User friendly and convienant

I have made some minor purchases on here and at first i thought it was just a scam site but nope, i got my live and some funds thanks to this site it's great because whenever xbox's transaction system is messing up i merely hop on here get what i need redeem my code and bam no more waiting for their systems

I bought my code via paypal and (as soon as the payment went through) was presented with a web page that had an image with my xbox live subscription code on it. The code worked fine! My only qualm is that it was an image so I had to type everything in manually, but past that I can't complain.

Great and speedy way to update your Live account

First of all, I received my one month xbox live gold membership code in my email. That part went by without a hitch, very satisfied. However, I signed up for the "promotion", which asks you pay a few dollars more, to receive a month of HuluPlus as well. Sad to say, I received NOTHING on the HuluPlus membership. No code, no links, nothing. I would have rated 5 stars if not for this. If I pay for something, I expect to receive it. To make matters worse, I emailed customer support 3 days ago on the same issue, and have yet to get a response from anyone. I sent my order #, and even copied a picture of the screen stating that I "successfully purchased one month of Xbox Live Gold, AS WELL AS HuluPlus". Unless I'm missing something here, and overlooking something in the email that was sent to me, they didn't provide the services they said they would. Extremely frustrating and I am even a little bit insulted that I haven't received a response in 3 days. If someone tried to contact me and let me know they would fix it, they would have received 4/5 stars. As of now, they receive 1/5, and that's ONLY because I can't give them a 0/5.
