I did get my refund back. I had to call xbox themselves ave chat and they said not to trust the site. But it's still ridiculous that my code and other people have had this issue and it took like a week for it to get taken care of. Get a better system live gold and send proper codes if people give you money.

I bought a Xbox Live 1 month gold card from them with no problems then went back after the one month was up and bought a 3 Month gold card and the one they sent me apparently has already been used. Tried entering it multiple times and kept telling me this card has already been used.

Xbox live its self is a great system , the problem is buying it! Ive resorted to HAVING to buy prepaid codes just because it wont no matter how hard i try let me pay for it through my account.
