We purchased a 48 hour trial x box live account to use to see if it would be worth buying in the future. Then we get an email saying it may take up to 24 hours for the account to be active? We were not able to play online the day of purchase and tried many diffferent ways for the system to recognize our new subscription but we were never able to resolve it. I am very disappointed at micrsoft and the trial subscription was not worth it.

I bought a 48-hour code before with no problem to play on my Xbox 360. Recently, my live expired for my XB1 account and wanted to buy a 48-hour code in the mean time. The code was perfectly valid, however it gave me an error saying that I was already a gold member, so the code was null. Wish I would've known this in advance, but it's only a couple of bucks.

I had a problem with my code (it was already redeemed) and they sent me another one after I sent them a support email, and it only took a day! :D

I purchased a 1 month code and it gave me an error at checkout saying the transaction was unsuccessful but the money was still taken off of my card and I still haven't received any code and it disappoints me because I've used this before now it stole my money and I get no reply when I contacted their office or whatever

I've only used xboxlivegold twice, to buy memberships as gifts. Both times, the price was great (compared to other sites I've checked) and the code was delivered quickly. *Really* quickly. Also, both times the codes worked flawlessly. I've read a few reviews where folks said their codes didn't work, but I haven't run into that problem. The next time it's time to renew my membership, I'm coming back here.
