Good product. Bad customer service
I've ordered from Live Bearded a few times. I like their product. I reordered a full beard kit in April. The shipper lost it, but made it seem like they had attempted to deliver it multiple times. This may be outside of Live Bearded's control, but the bottom line is: I bought over $70 of product from them and never received it. I've left multiple messages on their number and also emailed. I've heard NOTHING back. It is now September. They've had plenty of time. I now have to dispute the charge. They need better customer service.
