Did not receive the fish I ordered. Had to dispute the cost there website should be taken down to prevent others from getting ripped off. If I could rate a zero star I would!

a bunch of thieves. they ship orders with no fish in them. no customer service, the owner varuni hires thugs to handle their customer service, do not order from them, too much headache!

Box charge of $10…. For a box? Price of fish is crazy! And I’m waiting on a delayed order….

I am 44 years old and have never witnessed such poor service, customer service, communication, or anything resembling a reputable business. To be honest, probably the worst experience ordering in my life. They said overnight delivery on my $475 order. 35+ days later, after 5 voicemails and countless emails they cancelled without notice. They gave a few updates along the way on how many orders they have and are busy. But no care. I needed what I ordered but it never came. Trust me. Don’t use them

Do not buy from this company at all costs. The first issue I had was they shipped in order late, which wasn’t a big deal. I was willing to get over that. When the order arrived, it was supposed to be for two diamond watchmen goby fish. They only sent one. The process to get someone to respond is more than annoying. It takes them forever to get back to you. In this current scenario, you would expect them to ship out another fish immediately as I ordered. Instead, they decided to issue a refund as a store credit., which makes me have to purchase it again and pay another $50 shipping fee. This company is completely unethical and they are a bunch of crooks. Do not buy from this company at all costs. I ended up having to dispute this on my credit card and explained to my credit card that this was not my fault and that they were being completely unethical. My credit card completely agreed. I hope this place goes out of business.

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Order Never Shipped and Still No Refund I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LiveAquaria. I placed an order for live animals for my aquarium almost a month ago, and to this day, my order has still not been shipped. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that I have also not received my money back. I paid for an order that was never fulfilled, and after nearly a month, I am still waiting for a proper resolution and a refund. When customers purchase live animals, they expect a company specializing in this business to communicate clearly, handle orders responsibly, and resolve problems promptly. Keeping a customer's money for weeks without shipping the order or providing a timely refund is completely unacceptable. At this point, I have lost confidence in LiveAquaria. I should not have to repeatedly chase a company to either receive what I paid for or simply get my own money back. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LiveAquaria. Unless this company significantly improves its customer service, order management, and refund process, I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before placing an order. Almost a month waiting, no animals, and no refund. Completely unacceptable.

Stay away from this company !! The website shows stock and they don’t have it. BUT, they keep your money and offer a store credit that can’t be used because they don’t have any stock. Keeps customers hanging on waiting for them to ship your order with the same email !!

This company was one of the best, now the worst ever. I made an order, and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, the only day I could receive the shipment. I contacted them and said I was sorry and would ship next week. To my surprise, they shipped it the following day and nobody was home. All the fish died. They gave me credit and ordered again and the same thing. Stay away!
