My package never arrived ($125 worth of clothing). Almost 30 days after I originally purchased they told me to contact my local police even though UPS did not finish their investigation, and provided no evidence a package was actually delivered: "Thank you for checking back in and letting us know you have yet to receive this package! The carrier is still conducting its internal investigation; unfortunately, they have not yet been successful in recovering your package. Based on this information, we are now considering your package a possible case of mail theft, and I am so sorry that you’ve experienced this complication in the delivery of your order! I would highly recommend filing a report with your local police station to put the area on their radar, as well as informing any local neighborhood groups of this activity to hopefully help prevent this from occurring again. again so sorry that you've had this complication with the delivery of your package! We definitely understand and appreciate how difficult a situation this is and want to do what we can to help. Unfortunately, once the carrier has confirmed that a package has been successfully delivered to the address on the order confirmation, there is typically not much more we can do. However, in this instance, as a one-time courtesy, we would be happy to offer you store credit for the total amount of this order rather than a replacement. Just let me know if you would like me to get that process for store credit started!" Accepting this would e prevented me from disputing this with my credit card company. No thank you. Little sleepies is a garbage company.

I have been a long time buyer of the company since 2022. They blocked me for absolutely no reason. They did not respond to my emails nor my messages across their different platforms. As someone who has placed many orders weekly from this company, I am appalled at their business. I have never even returned any item before. Zero emails marked for “fraud.” No issues with delivery. No complains prior. However, they chose to block me for zero reason. I will no longer be spending my money nor my time with this company. There are better companies out there I’d rather support.

Very disappointed in both the quality of the product and the way Little Sleepies handled this situation. We purchased a pair of children’s bamboo pajamas in a future size for our daughter, which many parents do. After less than a month of sleep-only wear, the pajamas developed holes in multiple locations. My daughter does not play in her pajamas, and we own several other Little Sleepies pairs that have been worn weekly for close to a year and still look far better than this pair. Customer service repeatedly dismissed the issue as being caused by how the item was cared for rather than acknowledging the possibility of a defective or unusually fragile product. They refused any accommodation because the order was outside their 90-day window, despite the fact that the pajamas were minimally worn and only recently used after my daughter grew into them. What was even more concerning was that I submitted honest negative reviews regarding this experience on both social media and their website, and they were removed or never published. Meanwhile, the product page continues to display overwhelmingly positive reviews, despite many negative experiences being easily found through independent Google searches and external review platforms. No matter the price point, customers should not expect children’s pajamas to fall apart after minimal use, nor should they expect honest negative feedback to be filtered out. Based on this experience and the number of similar complaints I later found online, I would strongly encourage consumers to do independent research before supporting this business

If I could give a zero I would. We have purchased alot from this company and all of a sudden they have blocked our entire family for purchasing anything. They blame it on our cards, however we have tried over 10 different credit cards across our family and they just continue to cancel our orders. Now I feel like it is discrimination against our family.

If I could give this company a 0 Star I would. I have ordered from them in the past but this was the icing on the cake. They dropped a collection today at 11:55AM. I checked out and purchased my items at 11:55AM on the dot exactly when they dropped it. Clearly they allowed more to buy than what was in stock because after I purchased I received a confirmation email and order number and was charged and everything. Then 2 hours later I receive a email that they refunded me and cancelled my order. So I emailed them, messaged their chat and everything. I got no response so I took it to Facebook and when I started posting about it… THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT. My sister in law went on there to help me and they ended up suspending their account… AND THEN they went into their system and canceled any ones order related to me/ helping me. They canceled my mother in law and my sister in laws order. When asked why they said “it flagged fraud but they can’t prove it due to their policies” LOL this company is ran by a childish person with ego/ anger the size of their overpriced CRAP! Do not buy from them!! Instead of being honest as to why they cancelled my order they started being petty and deceitful. I will be shopping elsewhere now. ***UPDATE AS OF 3/18/26*** They have tried to cover their butts by saying my purchases were "Fraud" (Mind you I have ordered from them before and I also used my SHOP PAY account which I have never ever had a problem with) - there are numerous reviews just like mine that have mysteriously been "fraud" or even deleted to keep their shady business going.... All they had to do was admit that they allowed too many orders for what they had in stock but instead they blocked me on FB, blocked my SIL, blocked my MIL and have suspended all of our accounts due to "fraud" My SIL and MIL have purchased from them multiple multiple times - I also reached out to SHOPIFY directly and they said my purchase did not flag fraud on their end... and that if a company did get a fraud alert they are able to reach out and ask before cancelling... They are 1000% using the fraud excuse to cover it up... Like I said I will be ordering from other places... Posh Peanut is great, Charlies project has the cutest bamboo outfits and the price is much less! Its sad its gotten to this point.... I hope anyone who is thinking about ordering from them goes another way.

Zero customer service. If you need help with something Little Sleepies just does not respond or have reps at all apparently. I trued emailing 3 dufferent times over a month. Terrible to spend a good amount of money and need to swap a few sizes and not be able to get anyone to contact you back. When all items were originally purchased only a couple were market final sale on they're site. When I tried to return a few items all my items were all of the sudden showing up as final sale on my order and return item page and the system would not allow for exchange or return. Definitely sketchy, and nobody to discuss this with. Products themselves are just ok, not worth the hassle. There are other bamboo soft pj companies online that are better quality and much better customer service. Go somewhere else!

Horrible first time experience. Ordered two items for my newborn for Christmas. They never arrived, but I got an email saying they were delivered. I contacted customer service. They said they’d make a one time exception and replace my order. But the items I ordered were out of stock. So I asked for a full refund instead. They said unfortunately once the carrier marks the package as delivered, there’s nothing they can do. They’d only offer me store credit as a “one time courtesy.” What kind of company treats new customers this way? Why would I lie about never receiving a $45 package? I will absolutely never shop here ever again. I wouldn’t do it either unless you hope to get screwed over.

I was sent a defective item and attempted to contact customer service via both phone and email almost every day for a week and a half. I unfortunately did not hear back and little sleepies has since lost my business. If you're going to spend money on high-quality bamboo pajamas, definitely go elsewhere. It is not worth your time, effort and hard earned money when their customer service doesn't have the decency to even return a phone call or email. Your business is not important to them and I will be making sure all my friends and family know this.
