pesimo, dos veces y no tienen disponibles pizzas, muy malo

To the Little Caesars in Naranja, Florida and I ordered puffs and the cheesy bread. The cheesy bread was awesome. The puff had been sitting all day and we’re hard not very happy with them. Usually we get them in. They’re very good.

I ordered a pizza there today whenever I got it home it was covered in grease and not done all the way

Employees are (a) rude (b) new, obviously untrained (c) both of the foregoing. The "hot 'n ready" pizzas are NOT actually ready during the times advertised as being available so you get stuck waiting and waiting for hot 'n ready. If you order online they mess up the order and you STILL end up waiting and waiting for your order. Sodas come with some of the pizza orders, I don't drink sodas but since they don't reduce the total price they say have a bottled water instead. Fine and dandy however they almost never have bottled water available.

Never buy Little Caesars again! WHY IS LITTLE CAESARS CHEAP?! LITTLE CAESARS IS THE WORST PIZZA CHAIN, WORST COMPANY EVER! THEY MAKE NOTHING BUT DISGUSTING PIZZAS THAT TASTE LIKE CARDBOARD AND MY FEET! EW! I rather buy Pizza Hut. At least they're expensive and taste delicious. I will have a birthday party with Shiver buying Pizza Hut! Overall, Little Caesars is woke and cheap trash! DO NOT BUY! Save your money on Pizza Hut! Where's Little Caesar's Japan?

Great customer service

The little Caesar in Ellisville Ms. has some of the absolute worst service of any restaurant that I visit. The advertisement of hot and ready is the worse advertisement they could display. No matter what time of the afternoon or evening you come to this restaurant 9out 10 times they do not have a pizza ready for sale. You will wait for service each visit. I have waited on multiple occasions over 30 minutes just to be waited on. You watch some of the employees run around inside of the restaurant which appears that they are chasing one another around and playing. If only some type of corporate management would visit this store they would observe this pitiful service. AGAIN HOT AND READY is false advertising. I have been sitting at the drive up window now for 15 minutes and no one has even looked my way. They keep waiting on the people walking in the door. I truly wish there was an alternative in this town. Well the young lady that actually makes the pizzas just came and greeted me at the window and took my order. She apologized for the lengthy delay and began to explain she only makes the pizza and doesn’t understand why the rest of the staff can’t process the orders in a timely manner. I thanked her for help. Again this store needs to be looked at by corporate and take a look at the franchisee as well. It appears that person doesn’t seem to vested in the restaurant to want and try to build a staff that cares about performing to a satisfactory level. Waiting now to see how long it will take to get have my order filled. 6:44p.m. pizza has been brought out to my vehicle at 6:58. So 32 minutes later I got my hot and ready that’s advertised by Little Caesar’s.
