I will never try and order nothing for pick up at little caesar i called an order in for pick up for the 4th for 7 boxes of large pepperoni pizza and 2 orders of crazy bread and I was paying with cash and the lady over the phone who I couldn't really understand said in order me for to do pick up for my oder I have to pay with a debit card im like what I just told u I was paying in cash for the order and she said your order is over $50 and u have to pay with a debit card not cash im like i never heard of no bs like this before and she go transfer me and then she picked up again like how dumb are you I will never try andnorder anything from here again told them to cancle the order and I hung up the phone

I tried using their app, but instead of getting pizza for free like it said we would it charged us and we tried calling the service a few times but everybody hung up on us when we were going to ask them what was wrong with the app.

Pedimos una promoción de tres pizzas y unos rollos de masa untados de aceite con sabor a ajo. lo que entregan es un poco de masa untada de queso y salsa picante y amarga...estaban crudas, podíamos amasarlas, no nos gusto pésimo producto, sin contenido, no trae nada de ingredientes, sola masa. Solo dos sabores, una picantisima llena de pimienta. Eso es un pésimo producto.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and overall ordering experience at Little Caesars Gulf City. At 7:52 p.m., I attempted to place an order online, but the website only offered a delivery option. I then called the restaurant to place a pickup order and was informed that pickup orders were not available at that time. I returned to the website and attempted to order for delivery, only to discover that delivery was not available to my area. Since I finish work at 9:30 p.m., I called the restaurant again, explained my situation, and specifically asked if I would be able to come to the branch after work, place my order in person, and wait for it. I was assured that this would not be a problem. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:38 p.m., well before the advertised 10:00 p.m. closing time, only to be informed by the security officer and cashier that orders had already been cut off. I explained that I had made several attempts to place an order and had called ahead, where I was explicitly told that I would be able to order upon arrival. Despite this, I was turned away. While I understand that businesses may implement order cut-off times before closing, it is essential that customers are provided with accurate and consistent information. Had I been informed that no further orders would be accepted after a certain time, I would have made alternative arrangements instead of making a trip to the restaurant unnecessarily. This experience reflects a lack of communication and consistency in customer service. I hope management reviews both the online ordering process and the information being provided by staff to ensure future customers are not inconvenienced in the same way. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
