Ordred Pizza, got wrong pizza and it was stale and cold as if it has been sitting all day. No fault of doordash. Worse yet, i have called there 15 times and hung up on every time. BAD

Para mi criterio las pizzas de Little Ceasars eran las mejores y las recomendaba sin reservas a familiares y amigos llegando incluso a ofrecerles que si no les gustaban yo les devolvía el dinero de mi propio bolsillo. Hoy 01 de Mayo de 2023 antes de ir por las pizzas me fije que las de Pepperoni habían subido a $20.900 pero pensé que no importa si las suben porque son las mejores... fui a la sede Los Lagartos en Bogotá, Colombia y compré 7 pizzas (no todas de Pepperoni) para llevar (esta vez se sentían muy livianas)... al llegar a la casa entendí el oscuro secreto que se escondía detrás... la salsa y el queso se fueron de día festivo! Me sentí arrepentido y COMPLETAMENTE ESTAFADO con la calidad de estas pizzas. No se si el pizzero está teniendo un mal día y quiso escatimar con los materiales o simplemente Little Ceasars aumentó los costos y disminuyó la calidad pero ya no se las voy a recomendar ni a mi peor enemigo y a los que se las he recomendado les voy a decir que ya no sirven!

The crust on one half was very, very thin and the other half was like a deep dish. Need to do a better job spreading out the dough. 2) Tried the cheese stuffed pretzel dough pepperoni pizza. No noticeable difference between regular crust. Barely any cheese on the pizza...must have used it all for the cheese stuffed crust even though I paid extra. Very disappointing.

With the Pretzel crust, if you add a thin Layer of yellow mustard. Like, a cheese stuffed crust. You might be on to something serious

Horrible. I called at least 10 to 15 times to place an order. No one answered not one of the calls. I had no choice but to go in and place or which I was trying to avoid waiting for a supreme pizza. The whole purpace of placing an order on the phone is to not wait and not I'm sitting here waiting. I was told by an employee that he has asked them to allow him to stay in the front to make sure calls are being answered but they refuse to let him do that.

Rude manager

I order from the Little Caesars on Henry St. in Muskegon, MI as it is the closest to me. Today my pizza wasn’t too bad, but the breadsticks were a tangled mess and weren’t even cooked thoroughly. It looked like an elephant had stepped on them. And when I ordered a couple weeks ago, the pizza and breadsticks tasted like they were a day old. Definitely not fresh. They also forgot our crazy sauce that we PAID for, and this is not the first time. I’ve used this location for several years, I’m saddened that the quality has gone down so much. It truly seems like the staff just doesn’t care. There’s no such thing as good customer service or pride in your work anymore. It’s a sad world we live in.

Was charged for crazy sauce that supposed to come with the crazy bread and they argued that it doesn't come with it sorry but customer was right this time. Also they couldn't refund me for a drink I ordered and prepaid for because they were out of them.
