I ordered the lit mobile solar bank in May and now it is August, and I still have not received the charger I guess I got scammed like many others if you are reading this, DO NOT BUY THIS PLEASE.

Completely a scam preying on people who viewed credible marketing platforms such as YouTube with deceptive ads. I was met with excuse after excuse about the delay in shipping and they ignored my requests for a refund. I finally realized I could do a chargeback and my issue was resolved but only by intervention of my Bank. Do not trust everything you see promoted by YouTube ads they are paid for and will use it as an opportunity to take advance of you good faith. I wish I had researched reviews before I wasted my time and money. They also use fake reviews to pass off as a legitimate company. If something sounds too good to be true it probably is.

Do not order anything from these guys. 100% scam. I ordered 2 several months ago and never received anything. I emailed to ask if I could cancel my order and they did reply back and said my order would be shipped in the next couple days. Months have passed and I have sent numerous emails with no reply. I ordered 2 of their solar power banks, and got 100% ripped off.

I seem to be one of hundreds of people scammed!! They've taken £59 pounds from my account in may and I have never received the money

If I could give negative stars I would ordered back in feb. if I had read the reviews I wouldn’t have wasted my money or time. It’s august and still no product.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT!!

So I bought a mobile charging bank from them back in the middle of May. The deal was half price and also came with a USB micro charger thing as well that was also being sold at half price. I spent over $100 CAD for both items with the hopes that it would come within a month or so. Almost instantly, I got an email from them thanking me for my purchase and they would send me a tracking number in a few days when they shipped it. 3 weeks go by (now first week of JUNE) and they sent me another email saying that they had just got a new shipment in and that my order would go out with the next shipment. Then immediately after that, they sent me another email saying they would send me a tracking number on JUNE 14 or 15, when they finally shipped my order. That was the last I heard from them and now it has been almost 2 months since; no tracking number, no responses, nothing despite reaching out to them requesting the tracking number that they promised me previous, and a request for a refund, both of which they have not answered. I got tired of waiting for any sort of response today, and decided to try log on to their website but a message pops up says shop is unavailable and try pressing the back button. Did that hoping it was just a scripting error or something alike and reloaded the page. Same message comes up and I realize that they had scammed me as well as countless others. So now I'm out of almost $120 CAD with no product in hand. I'm extremely pissed that I fell for this garbage, especially cause they made the ads look legit and in the beginning they did seem promising. What a joke!!

DO NOT BUY!!! They took my money and never delivered the product. At first, I figured they were just delayed because of COVID. They told me it would be shipping in June. Then they stopped answering altogether. I cannot get ahold of anyone for a refund or order status no matter what channel I try.
