Ordered 2 of what seemed like a legitimate product from what appeared to be a legitimate company. I also received emails apologizing for the delay and patiently waited for the shipping notice on June 15th or 16th. Nothing shipped, nothing arrived, no longer sending/responding to email and the website no longer exists!

Same experience as everyone else. They take the time to respond to credit card disputes but NOT provide the merchandise purchased. To the smartass down below who said "We are in the middle of a pandemic, what did you expect?" - I expect communication and a delivery date after FOUR MONTHS OF WAITING PATIENTLY. This company is completely fraudulent and the link in their email is no longer valid. Never again. I cannot believe that they get away with this.

Got scammed by this s**t show of a company like most others have said. There was an initial delay which I considered acceptable due to the worldwide circumstances. They promised a new delivery date. Then nothing. I've emailed several times to request a refund and absolutely no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Lit Solar Scamed me 65 dollars I was supposed to receive two wireless solar power banks I order in June 2020 its September 11th I tried to get reimbursed by Robin hood didn't workout I guess you live and you learn. If you want the product try alibaba or Amazon at least Amazon you can get a refund and I think they already hold product at Amazon fuliment center or buy on alibaba directly from China which is probably where lit solar got the product to scam people. By the way I emailed them with wishful thinking and lit solar said i would receive track 15th and 16th of March never did.

Total scam. Ordered a product months ago. Was advertised on YouTube and I assumed YouTube vetted the advertising. Won't make that mistake again.

I ordered my power bank in May and to date I still don’t have it!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE never Order from this company it is a FRAUD!!!! I’m out $48.00 dollars wow!!! They told me on May 28, 2020 that it would be shipping out in 3 to 7 business days NOT!!! Here’s my order number: ORDER #6341278 They won’t return my emails either, it’s HORRIBLE that during a pandemic that there are companies out there defrauding people!!! That’s horrible!!!

I ordered a 2 pack of solar chargers in April 2020. Kept getting emails apologizing for the delay and finally they stopped coming. I still do not have my chargers or my refund.

I actually received the two chargers I ordered and they work phenomenally. But my wireless charging did stop working after 6 to 8 months but everything else they say is true maybe the not the water proof but it’s a good charger and to all the people who ordered in May and June. We’re in a pandemic what did you expect was going to happen.
