Hi Sofiia, We’re truly sorry about your experience. Depending on product availability, our orders may ship from our warehouses in Germany, the US, or China. Unfortunately, the pair you received had a manufacturing defect and should never have passed our quality checks. We sincerely apologize for this. Your full refund was processed right away, and the product has since been removed while we work with our supplier to correct the issue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we’re very sorry for the disappointment. Warm regards, Sophia Customer Support | Litlookz Studio

Hi Sarah, Your first shipment was returned because of an address-related delivery issue. Before that package even made its way back to us, we had already sent out a replacement with a different carrier so you wouldn’t have to wait any longer. The replacement was successfully delivered, and a full refund was also issued. We sent three emails with updates during the process but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. Since you received both the item and a full refund, we’d really appreciate it if you could update your review to reflect the final outcome. Warm regards, Sophia Customer Support | Litlookz Studio
