Do not order from Litlookz Studio. I ordered a pair of Mary Jane shoes. The shipping was, as expected, from China. Not only did the shoes come with a defect (the holes for fixating the shoe strap are on the wrong side), they came two sizes too small! Even though there are measurements in centimeters on the product page that I carefully considered before ordering! At first I was not provided with any information regarding the return, but after contacting customer service after over a week I received a full refund of a product without having to return the product.

Unfortunately, the pair you received had a manufacturing defect and should never have passed our quality checks. We sincerely apologize for this. Your full refund was processed right away, and the product has since been removed while we work with our supplier to correct the issue.
