Some Good/Some Bad
I have ordered a few books from them in the past, which were very nice quality and fun collectables to have. However, they do often run into "printing mishaps" or other delays which cause your order to ship MONTHS after it was supposed to arrive. (I had one that was supposed to come in early May, but ended up shipping late August) I wanted to give their customizable box a try and that again was delayed from a late February/Early March delivery to a mid April. My box arrived with a hole in it, which I know is not their fault. But one of my items was damaged, the key ring was bent and the bag the key came in had a weird crusty thing on it. I contacted them thinking I could at least get a small discount or points towards another purchase, but all they said was "can't you reattach the key ring by bending the loop?"..... I paid over $50 for this box I shouldn't have to do that?? But oh well, all I did was unsubscribe. The books are lovely printed and I would recommend those by themselves. However, the other content in the box is not worth the price (one of my secret items was 4 stickers...really??) Also, don't plan on getting these for a gift because you could be delayed on anything for up to 3-4 months, but they do contact you about it all with updates so that is nice.
