Never ordering anything from lit farms again I ordered from them and a week later it still not shipped I texted them and all they said was terrible all they told me was tay were behind oh well to bad we will notify you when we ship it . It's going on week 3 and still no package never ordering anything else.

I will never order again. You pay $12 for priority shipping, $2 more for package protection and can't get your order in 2 weeks. When you finally find a number to call, they gaslight you and refuse refund because you used the EMAIL THEY THEMSELVES LISTED and say they won't refund because it was sent to wrong email. Its the following week and still no order. They didn't even send it "priority" mail once it was delayed. $14 shipping and still no order. Plus they will lie to your face.

Whatever you have any of concerns of : There is nothing wrong with the shipping carrier. Don't pass the blame onto others as an excuse." When looking for low prices, this is what should expected.

YOU WILL THANK ME LATER , Placed an order on February 9th, 2026 , After 9 days and 7 business days , the USPS tracking says “pre-shipment label created” and “awaiting item “ since 13th February, no sign of movement of the package , contacted LIT Farms , they said they already handed over the package and usps is yet to scan it , they lied straight to my face instead of owning up to the delay and compensating , Bud is definitely cheap but it’s not worth it when you have to wait 2 weeks for it to get to you , I have lost all hopes and probably put $140 down the drain , You rather go to any other store that processes and shills same day , I ordered from Simply Mary Co. and they processed the order same day , placed an order there on 10th and received it on the 15th , ordered again from Lucky Elk received it on 17th , LIT farms of you read this !!! You need to fix your processing times or you need to just shut this business up .

Waiting on them to ship takes way too long. Mfs wanna holler out some “have some patience past 48 hours” when you contact them about ur order that hasn’t even been shipped yet. Man it don’t take 48 hours to put some weed in a bag. Especially if you got a warehouse w/ employees that you claim you have. The ratings show right here and I’m not seeing no lies. I think they marketing shit they don’t have and have to get it elsewhere. Prolly why they wait days to ship. Feels scammy. Especially after reading these reviews. Ppl w/ the same issue.

The customer service here sucks very unprofessional, they don’t solve anything it’s like they don’t care but they will literally take your money quick but take long to even ship out your product and there’s no way to actually talk to someone if I could give zero stars then I would straight trash

Tried to order from them twice now and both were canceled for some reason. The money was definitely received because they gave me a partial refund. For some reason they decided to keep the tax and tip I gave them. What the hell is wrong with them. No customer service. Straight up worst experience I have ever had. You would think they would want your business but they don't seem to care. Good Luck
