Garbage "customer service"
I used to get some decent stuff from here, but then I got sent some that was disgusting. One had mold and the other was some bottom of the barrel trash. Then they shut down their website. When it was back up, I contacted multiple times, just to be ignored. The customer service is not existent. Their reputation is going down the drain, as the complaints are piling up and they ignore everyone. There are plenty of other vendors out there that don't ignore you when they mess up. I won't be buying from them ever again, and I suggest that others do the same. They might be okay at the beginning, but you will get screwed over at some point. I used to stick up for this company, but then I got what others were complaining about. Good luck getting ANY response

Mike — mold in one bag and bottom-of-the-barrel flower in another, then being ignored repeatedly after the site came back, is the sequence that turned a supporter into someone warning people off.
