Terrible customer service shipping takes forever I placed an order a week ago and still haven't received it even with priority shipping and customer service has been absolutely no help i will never be ordering from them again Terrible experience

Not a good company at all. First it took forever to get it and when the package arrived the product looked nothing like the picture online the product was mid at best very disappointing and I will no longer order from them

This company sucks. Quality weed is everywhere but when it comes to service this company is white trash. Lets all get together and get this company out of here. Do you like: $20 shipping price Paying for priority service and not getting it Being told they have a 14 day shipping policy Being lied to over chat. Repeat there 14 day shipping policy. This company needs to leave the USA. We can not have them representing this wonderful country

I tried some of the smalls they offer on the low end and purchased 4 different strains. They sat for 5 day before they shipped. Every bag I opened, smelled the same and of chemicals! All 4 strains were way too nasty to even smoke! $150 wasted and lesson learned! Never again LIT Farms!! 😝

I can't even speak to the quality of their products. The shipping department is awful. INpaid extra for Priority 2 day shipping and it is now 5 days since I ordered add my order has not had a shipping label printed. They offered a 20% discount coupon on my bext order when they tyo8cally have. 30% discount running all the time. This company seems to be a smash and grab company because of the upcoming ban. I'd honestly do a little research before ordering from them. Too many companies offering similar deals that have a competint shipping department. I wouldnt waste my time or money with these guys.

Shipping is the slowest on earth and the only shipping option is priority mail which is supposed to be 1-3 days shipping but they don’t even send it out until a week later. The weed is mid at best usually dry and lots of stems. Horrible company and customer service is shit as well. I will be finding another company to deal with.

This company quite literally sells poison. I got an oz from them, supposed to be Gushers.. Looked good.. (ill give them that) But, Quite literally smelled like a wet basement and mold when I opened the bag.. Tried a tiny piece in some glass.. Tasted like poison and chemicals. Emailed them with the issues of their product.. Gave them pictures.. Everything they would ever need.. And they still refused to give me a refund, I even gave them the option to swap the product with something that doesnt taste like poison. Even though they have a "30 day refund policy" That they wont honor at all. Literal Garbage. You can get Reggie that was grown in a ditch that tastes better than anything these people sell. Their product can and will hurt people.. Its the worst weed ive ever had. Disgusting to a T.. Sprayed packs of synthetic garbage.. Probably washed in god knows what chemicals.. Rightfully deserved the top spot on worst product known to man. In my 14 years of smoking.. Which is sad. Terrible customer service, terrible products, terrible company. Quite literally the definition of trash all around. Do not order from these people. They dont care about you, or what youre putting in your body. Buyer 1000% Beware..
