Shipping sucks you pay $15 for it for literally nothing and some absolutely atrocious customer service. I’ve only been copping for like a 3 months but when I tell you there’s ALWAYS an issue with my order, Either Dry or shipping the customer service is unbearably annoying if you have an issue with your order don’t even bother you don’t wanna take the chance of having the brick chewer who won’t be named tell you to fck off(or they just won’t reply) back when I bought my first preferred, you’d think I’d be better than any of the essential I had before but nope. DRY AS FCK. Their are way to many THCA companies out here for them to be acting like this if you’re looking to buy THCA GO ELSEWHERE it’s not hard to find a company that had good weed good customer service and good shipping times( the bare minimum) and LIT farms has none of this.

Yeah the prices are great BUT the shipping takes FOREVER and a day plus the Customer Service is also dry and trash. I've talked to "Bry" twice and it's been less than helpful. I might try out the other site that's been mentioned in another review. Sad because I've spent $$$ with LIT. Edited to add that the conflicting information that I pointed out to good ole "Bry" about shipping was CONVENIENTLY removed from the website shortly after I pointed it out. Have already moved on to a new company. Bad attitudes will get you nowhere.

The flower is good. The customer service is terrible. I have ordered twice. The first time I thought maybe it was a fluke, the second time, they didn’t even tell me one of the ounces I paid for was unavailable, and they didn’t refund my money until I complained about how long it was taking for the order to ship. Very poor customer service. They do not honor the guarantee they make that you will get it within a week.

I’m not blown away by it and I did get mad head ache. It didn’t feel like I was getting high to be honest Took awhile to get to me

First 2 oz I ordered was shipped & delivered quickly. Within 3 days. My first order was Pink Runtz & loved it. Great Quality & long lasting. Second order was Black Runtz Very disappointing. Burned through it so fast. But again received it in 3 days. This last order (Green Crack) was placed on May 3rd & still waiting. It was shipped to Hawaii & is still there ( per UPS ) .... I live in NC. I sent an email to the Lit Farms & haven't heard anything. Seriously doubt I'll reorder after this.

The products are hit and miss for me. Sometimes they are good sometime they are not smokable. I've thrown two bags away cause of this. One (@rotch Rocket THCA Flower) came and was so wet it was almost molded. The smell and taste made it impossible to smoke. The next was White Truffle, I only ordered this cause my man got some and it was perfect. Mine took 8 business days to get here. It's so dry I just threw it away. Most my other orders have been decent. Better than what I can buy at local stores in AL. But for me, it's the shipping. They have no idea how 2 day business works. You don't print the label early to make your work easier. I've emailed them couple times about this. They need to drop the 2 day and just do ground. We are being ripped off an additional 7 dollars per package due to the Priority 2 day business. It has NEVER happened. They have that disclaimer about their shipping but they are wrong and needs to be reported to the PO and BBB.

I’m giving them 2 stars. I’ve ordered from them before without a problem. They had my blue dream in stock when jk was out so I ordered from them because they said on the website 2 day shipping. So I bit the bullet on 3/31/25. Tracking got it to Sacramento on 4/1/25 where it still sits today 4/7/25. I realize they did ship it, but there is no contact info on the website. They need to give customers an option other than USPS!
