Sean — a coupon that accepts and then drops at the review step is a bug we need to see, and being asked for a tip on top of the postage you flagged is a fair criticism of the checkout. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look into it.

Matthew — an order placed on the 20th that didn't ship until the 26th, the day it was supposed to land, is a processing failure we own. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look at that order and address both the delay and the shipping you paid for.

You've raised something specific: the discount and free shipping can't be combined even above the threshold. That's worth us explaining rather than brushing past, and the slow dispatch and support response are separate failures. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, and we'll come back to you on all three.

Benjamin — four orders in, ending with three ounces that looked, smelled and tasted identical when they were meant to be three strains. That's the most serious thing in your review and we take it seriously. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can trace those packs.

Kevin — you upgraded to VIP and got worse prices and product that didn't match the photos. That's the opposite of what a membership should do, and we're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look at your membership, your recent orders, and what actually arrived.

James — seven days with no product and no tracking is not acceptable and we understand why it reads as theft from where you're sitting. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, as soon as you can so we can locate the order and resolve it rather than leave you waiting.

Sharon — thirteen days as a repeat pattern, with the order not leaving our facility for a week, means the problem is our processing rather than the carrier. We're sorry, and thank you for saying it plainly. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look at your order history.

Heidi — three emails without a reply is the part we're most sorry about. A delayed label is fixable; silence after you asked about it isn't defensible. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can find those messages, locate your order from 6/11, and get you a straight answer.
