Horrible company and customer service
Horrible company and customer service. The keyword warrior on their end is clueless, and doesn't even know how to respond to a customer. My order is stuck with USPS for days, and when I contacted them they provided 0 help. Their product is meh at the most, I was using them as they are cheap. There are 100s of other and better alternatives out there.

You're describing support that couldn't engage with the actual problem while your order sat with USPS. Cheap pricing doesn't make up for no help when it goes wrong, and we're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can trace the shipment.
