They took the money for the order. Then said they don't have stock and will refund the money. That was 3 days ago and the site is down. No refund and no contact. Looks like they ripped me off and bailed

This company is trash. Super disappointed. Customer service is non existent. Extremely slow, no appreciation for customers. I would never order from them again. They just want your money then its on you after that. Theres no excuse to treat people like that.

They false advertise, they will sell you a 50 dollar outdoor dry headache fuel crap oz and sell the next guy a 40 dollar indoor gas oz, it's just a gamble of if you'll get dogshiit or not, definitely never buy from them as for the numerous health complaints and mold packs they send out

My experience with Vince whose will proudly tell you he’s head of customer service doesn’t even know basic English. I had explained my issues in a paragraph to these people I get a 1 word answer, no support or help and was basically told to eat my losses They refused to refund me for out of stock product and then threatened to dispute my charge back and flag me for fraud, when in reality they were the ones indulging in shady business practices. If you get a response from Vince consider your case unsolved forever

Lit is horrible. 1 out of 3 oz are smokable. Might end up with fraud on your card and they don't really ship products like a business. These clowns run a business on how they feel not because you paid for it. Vince is probably the owner and not really a person who knows how to run a business. Get your THCa from myqwin and be happier across the board

So many issues with this company !! They sent me MOLDY , BUD ROT ,ROACH EGG filled flower and then never responded to 4 emails sent over 3 weeks . Vince is a rude person threatend me called me a liar and dumb claimed to black list me !! Good i dont want your outdoor bug filled molded trash !!! Horrible ppl here selling old 150-200$ crops from last year FAKE COA stole from other vendors . You have been warned !!! The bank had to do chargebacks for me and when i said to them vince said he would press charges they laughed and said Id like to see that happen when you have all the proof !!!! Good luck

Worst communication snd customer service ever. Once you pay for your order, good luck getting in contact if theres an issue because once they get there money they dont give a crap. Had a order from last week sat on “unfulfilled” for 2 days, was out of stock LIT FARMS thought it was the right idea for THEM to pick the replacement without informing me or even emailing me asking what id prefer. Instead they replace it with some trash 15.55% rating strain, when I originally ordered a strain with higher coa numbers, hows that make sense? “Oh were out of the good stuff, just give him that who cares” is basically what happens. I noticed its ALL ABOUT MONEY for this business. No customer support, you get cussed out and told not to reach out to them, they ignore you. Idk how people feel comfortable shopping here with these scum bags

I lost 584 dollars with this company. My bank is in the midst of disputing the charges. They will not refund or replace if your package goes missing/lost/never shows up. Customer Service is like talking to a bunch of high school kids. Avoid This Company.
