Ordered on early monday morning. Order "processed" all week long and finally shipped on Friday. I received 2 orders from other companies in that time period. Won't order again knowing that it takes almost 2 weeks to get it.

They advertise $30 for28 grams, plus shipping and handling. I bought 3 ounces 1st ounce was 18 grams so -10 short 2nd ounce was 18.2 grams so -9.8 grams short I have yet to open the third ounce. My husband has also ordered on 4 different occasions and only 1 of the 4 ounces he bought was 28 grams. They have only offered a 20% coupon for next purchase after shorting us collectively almost 3 ounces. Smh. WEIGH YOUR PRODUCT UPON ARRIVAL.ALWAYS PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT

The quality of the bud is definitely good, if hit or miss on stemmy and dry vs fluffy and fresh. My problems come from the upwards of two week processing and delivery time, the unprofessional customer service, and the fact that I was told wrong information about the shipping options. You can get great quality bud, just be ready to wait, and if you go to customer service be ready for attitude and to be told you’re wrong about something you’re looking at while they’re giving you that attitude. Especially if you get Parker.

My order that I placed on the 12th still hasn’t made it in the mail. Currently it’s showing that only a label was created after 5 days. I ordered from ShopZaZa yesterday and they already have my package ready to be shipped.

Today is sunday order was placed last monday.There have been no updates and no movement in customer service is unhelpful. I've been trying to get a refund for over four days. I have ordered five times before in the package.Has always been here in less than five days of the order being placed. They changed their shipping methods. So don't waste your time unless you wanna wait ten days or more for your product. But believe me, they make sure they pull that money from your bank account as soon as you place the order. Piss poor customer service. Quality on their essentials is a waste of time. You might as well smoke grass out of your yard.

This my third order was hoping my experience would be better when I pay upfront for something and I pay for priority mail. According to the post office they told me that priority mail takes 2 to 3 business days sometimes 4. Not 10 days I'm still waiting if it processed on the 2nd I should have gotten it on Monday or Tuesday but my guess is it wasn't processed til Tuesday and I still should have gotten by now according to tracking I won't get til Monday the only way I will start going elsewhere unless you refund the shipping charges my guess is y'all don't care if you want to discuss this my number is 816-874-5267.i really don't expect a call really sorry cause I really love your product and your r Prices
