Went to the site from a advertising link. The link said 29.99 for ounces. Searched entire site didn't find any at that price. Emailed support asking where the items were. Got a rather short rude response. Was asked to review my experience and after giving my review the support rep emailed me saying he was going to give me a discount code but since I left a rude review I wasn't getting anything. My review was not very customer friendly and unfriendly demeanor. I responded back and the support person kept arguing exactly proving my initial review. He even said I was looking for a free ride because I dared ask where the advertised product was. Bottom line thanks to Dave from support I didn't bother ordering anything nor will I ever. Good luck to anyone who has to email support definitely don't leave a honest review unless you want to be hassled and insulted.

I’ve been a repeat customer with Lit Farms FIVE orders total because when things go right, the products are good. Unfortunately, the last two orders have been nothing short of a circus, and this latest one is the final straw. My most recent package shipped from California, went to Las Vegas, then Utah… I LIVE IN FLORIDA. USPS literally told me they have no idea what’s going on. You would think a reputable company would step up, take ownership, and make things right for a loyal customer. Instead, I got told to “wait until it’s marked lost” and was tossed a measly $12 shipping refund like that fixes anything. Here’s the kicker: this isn’t the first time this has happened. My last order was also delayed I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I liked their product. But twice in a row? That’s a pattern. I shouldn’t have to chase down my own package, file a Route.com claim myself, and BEG for communication when I’ve already paid for the product. Once my money leaves my account, I expect what I paid for, and I expect the seller to have my back if the carrier screws up. Instead, they shoved the responsibility onto me and acted like it wasn’t their problem. Good companies own the problem and work with the customer to solve it. Great companies make it right replacement, refund, something that actually acknowledges the customer’s inconvenience. Lit Farms has done neither. For anyone thinking of ordering: know that if your package goes missing, you’ll be left to do all the legwork yourself. And if it happens more than once, don’t expect much sympathy apparently, even loyal customers are disposable. This is bad customer service, period. Unless they fix their shipping issues and start taking responsibility for orders after they leave their facility, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears why.

Put in large order as prices were quite good and even got merch to advertise. Several days later, after being charged and no activity, my order was promptly refunded and zero reason given. No responses to inquiry. Prices were then dropped and I certainly can't trust any attempt at purchase given last experience. It's nice that others can apparently get help for their ailments, but LIT has decided to ignore me as I have yet to get any response from them. Proceed with caution. UPDATE: More than a year later, contacted via THIS review (not directly thru order). Ridiculous. Something was certainly lost in translation...

I ordered and it went three days no shipping number and soon as I write to inquire they reply back in five minutes to cancel my order lol, when they get as fast at shipping as they do canceling then they might be on to something, how long does it take to put some herb in a box and mail it ? Well shipping is horrible! 2-3 days shipping is a lie!!! 2-3 days pending acceptance is more like right! Never will order again try 25 hours farm at your door 48 hours flat every time!

If you like smoking bud rot and mold then lit is for you! They also like mixing in that essential garbage with their not so supreme “supreme tier” their solution was to send me more moldy Mexican swag. Steer clear of this place they do a lot of bait and switch also, pictures do not match what you get not even close! Edit 6/22/25 after weighing 4 separate ounces from this pace it was found every single one was exactly 3 grams short!
