LitfarmsReviews of litfarms.com

Lit Farms advertised a BOGO on eighths in early October. I paid a bit more than I normally pay per gram for the 1st eighth but I figured I was getting the 2nd one free, so .... Except these thieves only sent an eighth. THEY CHARGED ME OVER $50 & I GOT SCREWED! There's is no way in hell I would pay almost $17 a gram for THCa. They robbed me & they still keep sending me emails trying to screw me over again. You owe me an eighth or a refund LIT.

Look grab your scales and check all your bags ... We order from there weekly by bulk and two of my ounces were almost half off and I had pictures and all they would do is offer 15 dollars off the next time I order... The tree is decent but when you pay for something you want it not to save some money on your next order ... I don't want to order shit from yall

We have been ordering from Lit for almost a year. At first, it was great! Processing & shipping were quick, the product was on point. But then. That came to an end. As time has gone on, processing and shipping time has increased. The product is straight trash. It never looks as described and has been so dry that it just turns to dust in a grinder. I contacted support but never received a response. I tried to explain that we'd like to be continuing customers but this needs to be fixed. Nothing. Not recommended at all.

I purchased from litfarms and they sent me something completely NOT AS DESCRIBED. I reached out to their customer support team to resolve the issue. However, they refuse. They continue to offer me a discount on my next purchase. I asked for a refund and they refuse and offer the discount again. I will not be needing a discount code because I will not place an order with these SCAMMERS again.

Terrible product and it took a week for them just to ship it. When I inquired with customer service, they were rude and jerks. They can keep their crap products but I will spread the word.

I placed a order on October 18th and still haven't received it. It is the 24th and it's not even in my state.... Will find another company to order from in the future. I just found out that I will not receive it until Monday the 27th lit farms I'm done with you.

It has taken 7 business days to receive my order, and I thought some of the other sites were slow but lit farm's wears the crown!!!! I have made at least a hundred purchases online, they give the least notifications about your order, absolutely no explanation for what's taking them so long and no consideration for customer's,the first and last time I will order from them, and the weight isn't correct either...smmfh.I purchased the order on 10/09

Customer support is incompetent. One day I have a confirmed order and then 2 weeks later when I checked they said it was cancelled and a refund issued. No notice of this action was ever provided!! I tried to get the order reinstated and the said it was sent to shipping for processing on 10/07. Asked for another status on 10/10 and was told the order was cancelled It seems no one there has a clue and they have lost me as a customer!!!
