Ashlee — nearly $12 in shipping is only worth paying if the order reaches USPS quickly, and eight days makes the charge hard to justify. That's a fair reason not to return. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can review it.

Trishelle — a year as a customer and we declined an $11.11 refund on shipping we didn't deliver. That's a bad trade on our part and we're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can revisit that decision and your order.

George — nine days to reach the post office is a processing failure, not a carrier one, and we won't pretend otherwise. We're sorry to lose you over it. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look at what happened to your order.

Nine days to dispatch on a first order means you never really got to judge us on anything else. We're sorry it ended there. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look at the hold-up and put something right for it.

Silas — six days, no label, no movement, and automated replies that said nothing. Those replies are the part we're fixing first. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, and a person here will find your order and answer you.

Short and fair. The shipping is the thing most people are telling us about and you're not wrong to lead with it. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look at your order and make the delay up to you.

Perilous — $17 with insurance, over a week to arrive, two to four days just to pack, and rarely a reply when it goes wrong. You've described the problem precisely. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can respond properly.

Martha — you were more generous than most and the point still lands: three days to create a label is slower than the alternatives you named. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look at your order specifically.
