I ordered on January 20th 2026 and I know it's been weather delays but my product still sitting in the same spot for days in Sacramento I don't know what's going on but this will be my 1st and last time doing business with them.

Bought $400 in product in November. Called after 2 weeks, told to wait another 2 weeks before pursuing. Tracking showed it never moved. Lit rep finally agreed to file claim with Route protection I paid for. When I finally contacted Route they said I was more than 30 days, so too late. Claims were filed well before that. I smell scam big time. Just skimming money for nothing. Finally got a refund when I involved the credit card company. They, umm, suck and blow.

You paid for Route protection, were told to keep waiting, and then missed the claim window because of the delay we caused. Not worth ordering from them, they take forever. I ordered on the 18th they didn't put it out for shipping until the 25th. On the website it said it would be here on the 25th when I placed the order. My friend placed an order from a different site at the same time as me, he is further away than me and received his order on the 23rd. (update Got my order today the 31st, it was missing product, no refund, nothing different to fix what is missing, they just left it out and charged me for it.)

Ordered on the 20th just sitting in limbo as there has been no movement on my product at all, and of course it’s a snow storm so they’ll say it got held up cause of that. When I ordered 5 days ago. I’ll be back if I don’t receive the product or it’s wack!!

What a scam. Zero thc and promises of quality products. I ordered something with 31% tcha. Basically I purchased delta 9 and hemp. Harsh on the lungs with zero taste. I’m not wasting anymore money for smoke shop herb. Dispensary is still number one. ☝🏼
