Spent $2700 and did NOT GET ONE LEAD in 6 months! They sold us on 10 qualified appts a month. And there are NO REFUNDS. Don't go with them. Outbound solutions is way better.

Talked to someone from an ad, expressed concerns about it working for small ticket monthly recurring. Got booked in for a meeting with Henry. Talked to him about it, he said as long as you can get $3000 from the lifetime of a client. I was like I guess if they stay on for 10 months. Instead of pausing to address it he just continued with his pitch. So I say we might be wasting our time I'm not sure if this works for us. Dude just hangs up, extremely unprofessionally. Which I was considering doing but I had the courtesy to hang on and say goodbye. And I'm not the one selling something. Then, to top it off, I'm still getting automated texts from them even after I've responded "stop" and "unsubscribe" Oh and read the reviews on Reddit, they're terrible.

Set a reminder yourself before your monthly billing as they don't remind you and don't offer refunds. The lists we generated through the sevice were low quality. To reply to the comment left, our lists generated had many bouncebacks and some without e-mail addresses, which is why we chose not to renew

Horrible experience!!! Avoid at all cost!!! Waste of time and money. They generated ZERO leads results despite sending thousands of emails... Over a 3 month period they sent 83,795 emails and generated ZERO leads!!! A complete waste of time and money and they have the audacity to bill me after this horrific experience. Avoid this service like the plague it cost me many thousands of wasted dollars and time that could have been better spent + siging up for multiple web addresses that I need to cancel.

Listkit is selling my personal email address to people without my consent. It's an address that was leaked when LinkedIn had a data breach. So they are selling personal data gained via hacks and illegal data breaches. I get spammed with emails from small businesses and I asked them where they got my email address. It was ListKit.

I highly recommend you avoid Listkit's "done-for-you" services. The people assigned to our campaigns were lazy and took 3 weeks to respond to an email.

My guess is that this product might work if you are running a heavy upfront discount or giveaway, but I also found serious issues with their data quality, which strongly suggests that their deliverability claims are not authentic. I was very clear before signing that I could not offer a discount. I raised this concern explicitly, and they assured me they would help craft a winning campaign anyway. That never happened. Over the course of several months, they were supposed to revise the email copy to improve performance. The turnaround was painfully slow, feedback was repeatedly ignored, and constant staff turnover meant I never got consistent guidance. I often had to re-explain the same context over and over again. One of the main reasons I chose Listkit was for campaign strategy and diagnostic support if results were poor. Instead, the reps assigned to me were so inexperienced that they couldn’t interpret basic campaign performance. Everything had to be “escalated,” and follow-up almost never happened. I had at least one support ticket where I followed up six times before getting a response. When I finally did get feedback, it was contradictory and ineffective. The most concerning issue was lead quality. I tested their data using Instantly, and the bounce rate was so high that my campaign was automatically shut off. That tells me their data quality is not aligned with real-world deliverability standards. If you do have a strong promotional offer, you might see some results. But even then, it is far more cost-effective to: -Buy email data directly -Use Instantly or a similar tool -Build and manage campaigns yourself Doing it with Instantly costs roughly 20% of what Listkit charges, with more control and better transparency. I would not recommend this product unless you are heavily discount-driven and willing to navigate inconsistent support and questionable data quality.

All these reviews must be fake! Service is horrible, the system doesn’t work, they had us going back and forth between two systems. For months we apparently were not using the correct system but no one told us. We have not received one lead in the 6 months we have been using it.
