This review is my own point of view only. Site is pretty good regarding buying and selling and your points are guaranteed,some sellers do not send items and when you file for a refund.some members claim they sent it but never sent it with dc confirmation which is how all items should be sent. and instead of those non sending members leaving feedback on the actual trade.listia heads do let this happen.some just call you names and slander you with lies.they use feelings instead of facts.this of course is one con..second con is when you get this message...This website is under heavy load (queue full) We're sorry, too many people are accessing this website at the same time. We're working on this problem. Please try again later. (seriously,how can a site give you this message. today,8-16-2025...thi has been going on for 6 hours now today alone)obviously a con also..but there are alot of great folks ,especially those with a 100% so bottom line is i give listia a 90% pro and 10% con. but when everything is smooth, site cant be beat...anothr con is the rewards.there arent any. all those do these and get points things are never ending..you click one and it never lets you get the points.that is awful..it not hard to reach out to the heads of listia..but does take sometimes days for them to get back to you..but they do reach out eventually and speaking only for me,they answered all my questions/concerns..its also a wonderful place to buy and sell(with points and sometimes monetary) all and all,i recommend this site.

VERY ADDICTING.HOWEVER, THEY REALLY SHOULD NOT EVEN ALLOW SOME MADE IN CHINA JEWLERY, REASON BEING IT IS ILLEGAL IN USA TO SILVER PLATE AN ITEM & THEN STAMP IT925 OR AS GOLD KNOWINGLY MISLEADING PEOPLE. IF ITS ILLEGAL HERE, IT SHOULDNT BE SO NONCHALANTLY TRAFFICKED IN VIA LISTIA. ITS MIND BOGGLING THAT THIS IS ALLOWED. ALSO, WE SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO CHARGE ANY AMOUNT WE WANT TO FOR S&H...THEY SHOULD ALLOW US TO CHARGE NO MORE THAN WHAT A FLATRATE BOX WOULD COST. AND IT WLD BE NICE TO RECIEVE A SHIPPING BADGE THAT WHEN A CERTAIN LEVEL IS REACHED , LISTIA PAYS 1/2 OF S&H FOR US MAYBE ONCE A WEEK. I SPENT 389$ FROM 01/01/18. TO NOW! AND HAVE EVERY RECEIPT TO PROVE IT. I LOOK AT IT LIKE THIS: WE MAKE THIS SITE POSSIBLE. WE MADE IT THE SUCCESS IT IS TODAY. WE MAKE IT PISSUBLE. ALL 10-15 MILLION LISTIANS PLAYED A ROLE IN LISTIAS SUCCES. CAN WE GET A BREAK SOMETIMES' IF FOR NO OTHER REASON, TO SHOW US THE LOVE WE SHOW THEM. BUT ALL IN ALL, I LOVE IT MORE THAN I HATE IT...NOT SURE HOW INK IS GOING TO WORK OUT & THATS MY NEXT COMPLAINT...CUSTOMER SERVICE/HELP SUCKS BIG TIME. SUCH. A RUN AROUND TO CONTACT WITH UR QUESTIONS/CONCERNS, AND WILL HAVE U GOING TO THE SAME PAGE OVER& OVER W/ HARDLY ANY DETAILS...SO FRUSTRATING..

I have always had terrific response from Customer Service, I am sorry for those who have not. Yes, there are those who state they have sent my won auctions but I don't receive the item. I just choose to remember who they are and don't bid on their stuff in the future. I then go to Customer Service just to communicate this quietly. Other times I have gotten exactly what was won. Sometimes it takes a while to receive it but I can't expect everyone with busy lives to drop everything and send it that afternoon. Some sellers state they mail only certain days of the week and we appreciate that. This requires patience in an era when we want everything instantly. I don't understand why I receive some things and not others, unless a sender doesn't write the correct address on the package and it gets lost in the mail or returned to them without the effort to contact me and re-send it. Details, details -- some persons just aren't good at that; I choose to not take it too seriously.

Listia has been very great and recently some things are sell your stuff for points and they are amazing i do give them Excellent Site i have spent here many years with them including won quite of lots stuff from points never had no problem least sometimes they have excellent service respond when you have problem they will resolve as much as they can there is just one friction i don't like about Listia that needs seriously Improvements Changed is the Sponsored Raffles they have too much tickets for points per day for 2 weeks just way too much i have participate in some raffles but never win any even enter on other raffles as well i guess don't have any luck so i am done with Listia for awhile Sincerely Sharpcodester
