Really loved the experience
Really loved the experience! The ring looks phenomenal! Only thing I would’ve changed was a little communication when the ring was in the creating process, like just a couple of updates as it was coming along. But other than that love the ring and had a good experience! Along with the response time when I did reach out being fairly quick!

Very happy with the product. Long order processing
Very happy with the product, it’s gorgeous! I would definitely recommend. One critique is the order processing time is long for engraved product. Which is fine, but the order processing time is buried in the site so those expectations were not clear to me when ordering. For a bit I was mildly concerned this company was a scam. That being said, when I reached out for status I got a quick & helpful response. Consider adding processing time to the PDP and order confirmation email to remove doubt.

Excellent. They worked with me through design changes and minor adjustments to ensure that we got the ring that we were happy with. After delivery, I had the ring certifications checked and appraised for insurance. I got what I paid for and got good value. She hasn't seen the actual ring yet (just the DWG). Looking forward to it.
