This was the best wedding band customization experience I could have asked for. Lisa was patient and very communicative. I received my ring guard yesterday. It is very nice. I thought it would be a more substantial as I am not petite but my 1 ct marquise diamond that I got 35 yrs ago will fit nicely. My original set needed a lot of refurbishing so I thought this would be a nice change and am very satisfied. The communication was great all be it email only the next day and no phone to call.

I am extremely pleased with the look of the ring. LisaJewlery was also very helpful when it came to making an exchange because of a mistake I made on ordering. I received my order much earlier than expected. Great overall experience!
