Unqualified and unregulated and in my view dangerous as no recourse to qualified therapeutic support. Literally as many people packed in the programme as possible. Loads of repetition. All that's taught in the you tube videos - save your money. Talks a lot about her own material wealth Feel like I was robbed My experience was in 2019 but it won't let me put it in.

Hi Kathy, thank you for sharing your perspective — I appreciate your honesty, and I hope it helps others determine whether this program aligns with what they're looking for. The 12 Week Breakthrough Program is a structured coaching experience, not a mental health or therapeutic service. It is designed for individuals who are in a place of readiness — ready to observe their patterns, emotions, and reactions through the lens of metacognition — and it is not intended to serve those in crisis or those who need licensed clinical support. Many students have felt stuck for decades because they have been looking for tools that help them get out of reactivity mode. They don't need to be fixed. They need tools, systems, methods, and processes that help them to cognitively and emotionally get out of their own way. While some of the topics discussed in my YouTube videos are part of the curriculum, the program goes beyond content. Its core value lies in a deliberate, repetitive methodology designed to slow the mind down and interrupt automatic survival responses — patterns like fawning, withdrawing, or isolating — so that participants can begin to observe those behaviors rather than unconsciously run them. This is paired with emotional regulation practices that must be applied consistently over time. The program's real power comes from the compounding effect of these elements working together: metacognitive awareness, reduced mental chatter, nervous system regulation, pattern interruption, cognitive reframing, goal setting, and measurable progress over 12 weeks. In 2019, you may have been part of a larger group, and while everyone's experience is unique and certainly an indication of their particular needs, we are grateful that the classes offered in 2019 were a tremendous success overall. In addition, please know, I would have addressed your concerns back then if I had been made aware of them, and if you had decided a curriculum built upon methods and strategies was not a good fit for you, I would have absolutely offered a full refund within the refund period. Thank you, regardless, for giving this curriculum a chance. This program asks a lot of its participants — and it is most meaningful for those who feel truly ready for that kind of self-inquiry. I genuinely wish you well on your path, and I hope you find the support and tools that are the right fit for where you are right now. You are enough! All the best, Lisa A. Romano
