Liori DiamondsReviews of lioridiamonds.com

Avi at Liori provided excellent service and went above and beyond the standard call to make sure I got more than I expected. I am recommending Liori Diamonds to everyone I know in the market for a great product and an exceptional experience.

Bought an engagement ring from these guys and a week ago my fiancé noticed one of the side chips was missing. With our wedding coming right around the corner and concerned with getting it fixed and back on time . Avi was outstanding in helping us getting it fixed and resized free of charge. It’s nice to see in this day and age great customer service. Will Definitely be buying from this company from now on and if anyone is in the market for a great ring at an affordable price and outstanding customer service then Look no further. Avi thanks again for saving the day

I have to say—working with Liori Diamonds has been an absolute pleasure. Avi was honest and open about the best options for selecting the right engagement ring and center stone within my budget. The ring is beautiful, but I noticed one of the stones was slightly offset when I received the ring—and they gladly and promptly fixed it. After I proposed, the weight of the center stone caused the ring to spin on my fiance's skinny finger, so I called Liori to get their recommendation. Avi recommended to install sizing balls on the ring to keep it from spinning—something I totally expected to pay for—but again, he offered to do it free of charge. It's safe to say Liori has built a lifetime customer out of us, and we're looking forward to many more happy purchases in the years to come.

Nice pendant, was happy to see the Italian Gold and paperwork of where the diamond came from.

We read a couple of negative reviews so when a diamond fell out of the halo we were concerned. We worked with Avi who made no excuses just fixed it and sent it back. Again a diamond fell out this time in the band. I think my Fiancé was a little to active for the model I bought her. Avi again made no excuses but this time they made a custom ring that my fiancé absolutely loves. Not once did Avi or Liori diamonds do anything but apologize and try to exceed our expectations so I don't understand any negative reviews. We received outstanding service and an amazing ring at a really low price!

I got my BEAUTIFUL ring six years ago. Within a month, my diamond fell out. Contacted Avi and within a week got my ring back. The service was great. Found Liori Diamond to be professional, personable and very much one on one with my interest, needs and wants. I highly recommend them!! Betsy Steinman

Ring was as described and pictured on website and appraised as claimed. Would buy from Liori Diamonds again.

I purchased a handbag purse in diamond and yellow sapphire and it’s amazing. Not too large but just right for a woman. The customer service was excellent also.?I will be purchasing more jewelry in the future. Thank you Mrs. Hall-Keeling!
