My husband and I purchased my engagement ring at Liori which started our relationship with Them. Since that time we purchased diamond earrings, a diamond anniversary ring and an engagement ring for my stepson. We have always been treated very fairly and received a great deal there. Stop your diamond store search, you’ll never find better than Liori in terms of price and service. I am not local in NYC so I had to do everything by mail. Pretty scary right? The ENTIRE process could not have been smoother. I saw an eternity band online. In order to make sure I liked it before making it custom to my size, Avi sent it to me to verify it was as gorgeous as the photo. It was even more impressive in person! He alerted me about the way the stock ring was set (diamonds were slightly higher than the rest with the prongs being more prominent). He mentioned he had a client not like it and wanting it set deeper. I didn’t want it any different than the gorgeous ring I was looking at. Long story short, he was right and I didn’t love the higher prongs. He remade it NO QUESTIONS ASKED. ****I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE**** I am so thankful that I have found a diamond home for life. Thank you Avi!

We purchased a 4 carat round, F color, VS 1, diamond ring from Avi, after wife and I selected it from Lioris website and reviewed the quality, color, and setting with Avi over a conference call. We live and purchased from CHARLESTON, SC and Avi made us feel like we were in NY sitting across from him reviewing this beautiful piece of jewelry. I purchased my wife's engagement ring in 2015. I live in PA and was hesitant at first buying a ring from a jeweler in NY. Despite my worries the purchase and delivery couldn't have been smoother. I wouldn't have got near the value buying from a local jeweler. Avi and his staff are the best. I have shipped the ring back to Liori a couple times since purchasing for service and repair.
