Liori DiamondsReviews of lioridiamonds.com

I had the pleasure of working with one of the jewelers, Avi. From the very beginning, he was so helpful! I had to get my ring sized down along with changing the center stone. Avi worked his magic and found me the perfect center stone to match my original ring. He was so responsive and worked within our budget. I could tell he wanted to do everything in his power to get us the right stone! Which was so sweet and reassuring. And he did!! We are so happy with our new ring and how smooth the process was. We will definitely purchase from them again in the future. Highly recommend Avi, he is so amazing, personable and really wants the best for his clients! Thanks, Avi!! :)

My, now, husband and I live in Florida. Back in 2014 my husband purchased my engagement ring from Liori and then we purchased my wedding band. I have always wanted a second band and contacted Avi at Liori to see if that was possible. A few emails back and forth and she found my band, gave me an excellent price, then shipped it to me just in time for Christmas! My husband and I couldn’t be more happy with our purchase and the attention we were given. Many thanks!!

I couldn’t have been anymore happier & in love with beautiful rings. Thank You Avi for outstanding customer service!

Liori is the best! I have been using them for the past 8 years have many pieces from them. Avi is always going over the top to give me the best customer service and designs the best pieces for me at the best prices!

Avi and his team always provides exceptional client service! I've been doing business with Liori Diamonds for over 8 years and I can always count on them to remind me that I made a great choice when I chose them for my wife's engagement ring. Great product and service! Keep up the good work!

I am writing this review after wearing my black diamond engagement ring for the past 4 years. I am so impressed with the level of care that goes into the customer service at Liori Diamonds. I recently sent in my ring for a repair and to add some sizing beads. Avi was professional and very easy to communicate with. The prices are always very reasonable and it was such a quick turnaround time, I hardly knew my ring was gone. I will always choose to send my ring back to Liori over a local jeweler simply based on the great experiences I have had with them all these years!

I HIGHLY recommend Liori jewelers. Avi was incredibly helpful in helping figure out exactly what I was looking for. The diamond hoop earrings that they made for me are best quality that I have seen anywhere, and I had been looking! I have had so many compliments on the sparkle when they catch the light. They are just gorgeous and I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Liori Diamonds is a first class company with excellent customer service. My ring arrived when promised and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and presentation. I also believe the value was excellent compared to others in the business. I would recommend Liori Diamonds to anyone including my family and friends. Thank you Liori, Thomas Peck
