Although I was excited to place my first order from the website, I was disappointed by the quality. As shown in the picture, there are air bubbles in the outer packaging. Considering the price, the quality should be better than this ، I wish it were possible to attach the pictures to better illustrate the issue.

I ordered the Ramadan book and really liked the idea of a personalized book. However, the quality of the binding was not up to par for the cost of the book. In addition, the story line was weak, a lot of grammatical and typo errors. It would have been nice to have better packaging as well.

You make advertising in Arab country. So Arabic language is must be first. I am not sure your printing support Arabic letters. Focus on values for children not only dreams. There is no dreams without plan and execution.

Hello Aysha! We are new to UAE and we have been working on adding Arabic language to our stories soon! We have a variety of books that teach important values for children and their well-being. We believe that dreaming is one of them. Being able to believe in oneself and having confidence to dream big is just the first step. And after, just like you said, come plan and execution, which is also something we translate in our story "Making dreams come true". Other books we have include lessons about emotional awareness, friendships, family values, ecology and more. We're sad to see your rate us with 2 stars though we align in what we want to teach to children. We hope you can see those values while reading our other stories!
Zahra
One book was sent without the dedication. I also sent a message immediately after requesting to change the dedication which was not made because they had not seen it on time. I would also like to see an option for girls with curly hair.

Hello Zahra, thank you for review. We have seen your email and responded, please let us know if you have received it. We would love to send you a book for free because of our mistake. As for the curly hair, thank you so much for letting us know. We are actually currently working on adding this option because we've received some requests. Your feedback is very valuable and we really appreciate you leaving this response.
