LinxupReviews of linxup.com

Do not use this company. First, their OBD2 units don't last but a year or two. There is no way to cancel your subscription online. And most frustrating is that when you do call to cancel your service, they will continue to charge you for 31 days of service AFTER you cancel it. This is theft in my opinion, and I would never do that with any of my customers.

We have used Linxup GPS systems for 12 years for our two vehicles. The one system seemed like it was not tracking properly. We troubleshooted it from the App, no success, We called but always got home late and was after hours. Got busy with Life. Called to cancel our service and found out from Tech support our one device was not tracking since a year ago the black wire was not connected. I asked if we could have any credit obviously not a whole year but some credit as we had been a great customer with 2 charges per month they made on us for 12 years! Well spoke to a female supervisor and she was not a people person, should not be in her position and she said no I would not even receive one month credit and she did not care I was a great customer for 12 years with two (2) payments made to her company every month for 12 years. So I will Never recommend them ever to anyone! Horrible customer service! NOT customer friendly!

If you think Samsara is bad, it is. But Linxup may be worse possibly. Stay away nobody integrates nothing works. My drivers had 300 violations in a day. Tech-support is horrible. Camera quality is good though if you just need a tracker with a camera, they’re your people anything else? Hell no stay away.

Products work great, support is fantastic. I would recommend

We’ve used Linxup for our GPS tracking for 5+ years. The service works great as it should and appreciate the engine codes/notifications. The staff is ALWAYS easy to work when we’ve needed to add to change devices.

Buyer beware, they will refuse to cancel contracts for non performance and automatically renew without advising, then try and sue for payment. Event recorders fail and consistently disconnect with little support in resolving technical issues. Video is only available for several days if retrievable....not a good solution.

Bad bad bad do not do bussiness with them

let you know you should not work with this company because they will not give you any refund or they will not help you anything so make sure you are not working with this linxup
