No communication. Needed a return and exchange. Horrible e customer care. Now I’m out hundreds of dollars.

Didn’t like one of the chains I bought. Have been trying to get a hold of someone to return it but they don’t answer any of my emails or messages. Bad customer service. I don’t recommend unless you want to get stuck with something you won’t like.

Got the ring on Wednesday the stone ring fell off and the stone got lost.but I really like the ring.

My necklace came and the initial was backwards….and now I look online to see that my initial is sold out. This was supposed to be a special gift for my boyfriend. The initial is not removable from the chain either so no way for me to fix it without potentially breaking the necklace.
