Ordered on May 11, 2026. As of June 1, tracking still only shows “Label Created” and USPS has not received the package. I attempted to contact support using the email provided by the company, but the email bounced back because the address does not exist. I have not received the item or a clear shipping update.

They don’t let me know anything and the item just sits without any tracking as if it’s not coming always on the verge of cancellation with this vendor constant delayed shipping to the point I do t even know if the item is gonna even be sent and it’s currently going on right now I’m waiting on a necklace I ordered weeks ago and it’s still not even shipped I’ve ordered things after from other sellers and have already received them but nonetheless still remain waiting on “Linx Global” is it cause I’m black yall don’t wanna do business with me I’ve paid and waiting patiently on my end I wish I knew yalls excuse🤷🏾 have a blessed day

Beware this fraudulent company! I’ve ordered two pieces from them and they never came!! Believe the reviews. They are super weird with tracking info and there is no customer support when you email them. The email isn’t a registered email account

I placed my order at the end of November on the 5th of December I got tracking the package has still not shipped I’ve emailed Linx half a dozen times with zero response. Customer service is non existent going to have to file a claim with my credit card company what a waste of time, spen your money with a reputable company.

Started a transaction to sell jewelry expressing that time is of the essence and I needed this to be paid out as upon arrival. Paid to have it over night. Was told this would be handled in a timely manner. My item was shipped and received by Linx Oct. 1st 2025. It has been 5 days, they have received and even LISTED my item for sale on their website and still have not paid me. I emailed them all weekend trying to get paid for my jewelry and got "OH well F*#% You answer". Not to mention the price of gold has went up $200 since I "sold" the items. Linx and Jacoje are rip offs, screwing people out of money. This company is trash, STAT AWAY. If you don't believe me go read the reviews on reddit. Thats why they have no Google reviews. STAY AWAY, GO TO A JEWELRY SHOP INSTEAD.
