My product is great and I love it. However it had a panel with a defect and was short one screw. I contacted LINSY and they responded right away and they did stay in touch the entire time before and after I got my replacement panel. Getting the screw however not so easy which is understandable to ship one screw over seas is kinda crazy. They suggested to contact the seller I got the bed from and I did and they took care of the screw so was a little extra work but the bed is great and very sturdy and has light and also storage and I can still have a night stand while opening the drawers under the bed! That is an issue with most beds that have storage drawers as I found out with my previous frame.

My Rubik lll sofa arrived today. So far I'm really pleased. I'm a 68 year old woman & I was able to assemble the sofa by myself. I'm comfortably relaxing watching TV & feeling pretty good about my purchase. Only gave 4 stars because I haven't had enough time to know how well the material & structure will hold up.

If you live in an apartment this is definitely the way to go. They’re comfortable and easy to build.

The sofa is firm , and comfortable. It wasn’t easy to find the manual, but easy to assemble. It’s comfortable enough to be a bed for guests. It’s a good level from the floor. I would recommend for apartment’s , or small space.

Delivery was simple. Putting it together was simple. It is a little stiffer on the cushions than I thought it would be and front to back space on the seats are a little short. I am also missing the brackets for the end caps

Everything was delivered very quickly and was relatively easy to assemble. Couch is very firm yet comfortable. If you're looking for a couch that you can sink into I highly advise you don't get this. For me and my wife it works perfectly for our small space and our needs.

Had a chair for just a few days but seems like it will hold up to my household. Cushion is firm hopefully getting another section soon. Only downside is it ships with FedEx and from my experience they are the worst. Watched the driver toss one of the boxes out of the back of the truck to the ground thankfully no damage was done.

Missing hardware, still waiting for that. Comfortable couch and easy set up.
