A few smal broken draw closers but Linsy was quick to help remedy. The 3 seated and 2 seater look great. I only bought 1 ottoman but will definitely be adding a second going forward. The cushion on the ottoman slides off very easily. I velcro'd it to the board underneath.

Everything seems really nice, but im not sure about the durability of the back rest, if it isn't up against a wall. There is an awful lot of flex, and not a lot of airia anchoring it to the seat.

The couch and its quality are good; the only issue I have is with the backrest. It mounts with two hooks, so if you lean against it from the back, it moves inward. I would suggest engineering a clip or hook for the bottom portion to keep the backrest sturdy.

Product arrived quickly. Easy to assemble. Cushions are firm as stated in previous reviews. We will see how they break in and if they become more comfortable. Overall a nice product

The furniture is really nice, however, our consul came broken upon delivery and now we have to go through the process of either getting it repaired locally or sending it back and having the possibility of it breaking again.

I'm going to give an honest review, as I purchased this recently, and have seen several things not mentioned in other reviews. It is comfortable, yet firm. Pros- fast shipping, super modular, affordable, user friendly for installation, comfortable. Cons- hardware is bad, some color matching/fabric issues, lack of instructions, needs taller back, needs cupholders in arms I received my Rubik III after I purchased on their Black Friday sale. I bought the 5 seat, 2 ottomans, corner, 1 console configuration. It has arrived in 10 boxes over the course of 6 days, even with the Thanksgiving holiday. Unfortunately, the console is on backorder, and I'll receive it at a later time. no big deal. I was easily able to set up most of the pieces with no instructions, with the exception of the corner. I couldn't find any instructions on which side the corner and backrest went on. I figured it out eventually, but that was the hardest part of assembly. Some of the holes didn't line up exactly well, but I made them work. nothing was vacuum sealed any longer, and the ottoman brackets are already attached. The hardware on the other hand is terrible. Thankfully each box comes with a tool and an extra bolt, because I stripped several tools and bolts installing the clips, even using light pressure. Hopefully I never have to take them off, because I doubt they come out. A few of my covers don't match the color exactly. Not sure if it is a color issue, or if the fabric is thinner or stretched. It would be great if they came out with an attachment that attached to the armrest for a cupholder. the lack of cupholders (unless you have the console) is frustrating. I'd gladly pay extra for something to hold my cup and remotes.

Edit 2: Took a while for the corner parts to come back in stock apparently they are popular. once they were back form vacation Customer service was very responsive ands worked hard to make me whole. They even went through and updated the dimensions on the site so this does not happen again. EDIT: Apparently Customer service was on vacation. I ordered the RUBIK III 4 Seats with Corner based on the product dimensions of 88.8 inches a side to fit a specific and tight space in my house and it turns out the advertised product size is wrong by 3.6 inches. Turns out the couch arms are double the width of a back piece and that the product dimensions did not account for the back piece or the real size of the corner. (Arm + 3 Seats = 88.8 < Arm + 2 Seats + Corner = 92.4) I tried calling and emailing customer service but the number goes strait to a full voicemail box and the emails were never replied to. The chat bot cannot connect to a human to resolve anything and instead opens an email ticket, again no response. Overall I am happy with the over all product and the modularity and would still like to get the pieces to fix my issues and but as the title reads: their customer service does not exist.

Love the couch! Perfect if you’re looking for one that’s a little stiff, but modular. Only downside is that the cushions don’t Velcro on so they move around and come off easily. Upside you can change the couch anyway you want, buy extra pieces later if needed etc. shipping is super fast! Like two days!!! other than the cushions moving I’d highly recommend!
