The good: ~ Easy setup ~ Looks good ~ Storage (the reason we purchased) ~ Configurable ~ Washable The bad: ~ One leg came damaged and won’t screw in straight. ~ No customer service phone number. Will have to try to resolve through email. Not a customer service convenient method. ~ Back cushions aren’t wide enough. We set up a three-person couch. There are gaps between the cushions. The cushions seem to be designed for chairs, so don’t fit properly for couches. ~ Cushions are stiff. Hoping they soften with use.

they arrived quickly and packaged nicely. I ind them comfortable for lounging but not for sitting- not for old people or short people. The color is not as vibrant as online but dull. Also- one of the seats did not come with the set and between Fedex and Lindy we are trying to track it down put Linsey’s AI generator customer service sucks and we’re having difficulty connecting with an actual human.

The item arrived damaged. As of yet the issue remains unresolved.

I ordered 4 seat with 4 ottomans and an extra seat, when it got here I got the 4 seats with the 4 ottoman. I messaged the company and told them I was missing the seat so I told them that being it wasn't shipped to go ahead and cancel it. They told me that it was all shipped in one bulk order and wouldn't arrive all together. When in reality the extra seat was shipped that day.

The couch isn't horrible. I'm not a fan of the fact there's nothing holding the cushions in place. But its comfortable enough. I never received a tracking number for the package containing the arms, and when I emailed support asking if it came with arms, they told me that they had been delivered and said if i had not received them, to check with my neighbors or call fedex. They definitely hadn't been delivered, but I'm not going to hunt down the arms to the couch. I looked up the tracking number they gave for the arms, and it had not been delivered and they aren't due to be delivered for a few more days. Idk the whole thing annoyed me. Seems like once they have your money, they truly don't care whether you get all the couch or not.

I like the concept of the furniture. However, it doesn’t look like high quality furniture. Everyone in my family is tall and the seat width is too short as well as the height of the furniture. The cushions are comfortable though.

Missing shipment and okay foam pads... if I got all the couch delivered I'd give it 4*. Still missing the arms

Pros: -Looks fantastic, sleek modern style -Storage in every ottoman/seat is a great bonus Cons: -Seat cushions don’t attach to the bases, so if you tend to “wallow” on your couch the cushions slide and move around -It’s not very comfortable to lay down on
