Hello Martin, Thank you for pointing this out. There was a technical issue on our side at that time that affected how some websites were labeled. This has since been fixed. We also processed refunds for the affected orders and offered an additional placement as a goodwill gesture. If you’re still open to it, please contact us via https://www.linksmanagement.com/contact_us/ - we’ll make sure you receive that extra placement or find another way to resolve this for you.

Hello Lorenzo! It is true that a large number of sites with different metrics are available for our clients on our service. And sometimes, after changing metrics, it may take a while for us to find out about it, check, and make changes. If you encounter such a situation, please let us know with the support team so that our team can recheck all the metrics and make all the changes in the system. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered while analyzing our service. We did not find any ticket from you to the support team, so if you need any advice from our specialists or if you find any discrepancy, please let us know about it at this email address: [email protected].
