I recently used LingoProf and had a few issues regarding the translation (as a translator myself, I am very demanding). They were very receptive to my feedback and we were able to reach an agreement. I found their response very professional. A word of advice: if you're not 100% satisfied, just let them know! If they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, that's a positive in my book.

Your feedback is really important to us as it helps us tremendously to improve our services and staff quality; and helps us to grow in the industry. We're going to cancel our contract with the translator based on your feedback.
