Never received my order ***Updating -Received a request from this company for a review. Since I had not received the order (which was promised to be delivered the day before) I gave the review. I did receive the order today. My review still remains 1 star due to complete lack of communication from the company regarding shipment. Here's a tip to the company - you might want to be sure the order was delivered before you ask for a review!

I requested that the order be canceled shortly after I made the order. I did receive an email back, but apparently the order was never canceled. I still have yet to receive the order so I’m not sure what to think. Was it canceled or is it just delayed

Cheap. Go to Amazon and get injoy bedding for a fraction of the cost. This is injoy bedding repackaged. I won’t bother to try and return because sounds like customer service is non existent. Disappointed DU

Scammy company. First of all, they are merely a drop shipper. You can find the products they are selling cheaper on Amazon and other vendors like them for half the price or less. I would encourage you to look at reviews for Linens and Hutch across the web before buying from them, and specifically their usage of iEnjoy products that they send to you via drop ship for 2-3x the true cost. Secondly, they are scammy. We are currently mid dispute with our credit card company over a return. They provided a return label, it was marked delivered, no refund was completed. We have been back and forth with them via email where they have informed us the refund was coming “this week” for many weeks. We finally disputed it with CC company, and they then used that as an excuse to not refund. They also proceeded to fight it with the CC company. The lies you will get from them (telling you they are refunding while they in fact are trying to wait out the return window) are legitimately surprising to me. I don’t do reviews of companies…but this one even I couldn’t believe.

Ordered a 6-piece king size sheet set and thought I was getting a deal but, when I opened the package, it’s actually a brand called iEnjoy Home that you can buy through Target!!! Total rip off and I wish more people knew.
