Marianne
The material is very thin and after the first washing there were noticeable thread pulls across the sheets. These sheets will not last and I am not happy that they were made in China as well. These sheets quality is just not there.

The “green mist” color comforter is more of a blue. Not as expected and not what I was looking for. Contact customer service about a refund or exchange but have not heard back yet.

Hi Kristyn, we're very sorry to hear that your order didn't meet your expectations. Just so you know, screen settings can vary from device to device, making what you see on the screen a bit different than what the product looks like in person. Our business hours are 9a-5p EST M-F, if you contact us over the weekend, you'll always hear back the next business day! We see that you're in touch with our CS team, they'll take it from here! :)
Frieda
Tried constantly to get through on the telephone, text it twice, no response. Left my phone number no response. I was trying to send the item back and didn’t know how to go about it, I ordered a duvet instead of a bed skirt with pillowcases it was my mistake in the order. The product is lovely. I cannot use it

I just washed my new sheets and they significantly pilled! I put them in the dryer and have had to clean the lint filter four times and they're still drying. I paid $175 for these sheets and they are virtually unusable.

Ordered these thinking they were high end sheets, and thinking I got a crazy deal on them. Nope! These feel like the cheapest sheets I’ve ever purchased. They’re super thin and not even that soft. They feel like crappy Amazon sheets honestly. Returning.

We're so sorry to hear that you're not happy with your order! Just so you know, thickness being indicative of quality or value when it comes to sheets would pertain to cotton rather than microfiber. We pride ourselves on having the best customer service in the industry so please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] at your earliest convenience so we can make this right!
