Too thin
The pillow has an inch of loft when you’re laying on it. I’m basically laying flat on the mattress. I don’t think it’s OK to spend $80 on a pair of pillows that have less loft than the $40 pillows at Costco.

The return process is horrendous
The return process is horrendous! You make it very easy to purchase again, but there’s no easy way to refund. The links DONT work!

The material is cheap
The material is cheap. The colors are not the same as the pictures.

You sent the wrong item
You sent the wrong item. i had not read the ticket attached to the sheets against what I had ordered, I would not have known. This is something I normally do not do.
