The quilt was very thin, not what I anticipated. I also did not like the color. I am very dissappointed. I really wanted it to work.

I was very surprised to see how they packaged their comforters. The king size comforter arrived rolled up into this tiny roll. I had no idea the comforter was so thin. I was expecting a large box. It’s a beautiful color. I’m just not sure about the quality.

I love everything about these sheets EXCEPT the top sheet is way too short! The sheet will only tuck under the foot of the mattress about an inch resulting in the sheet not staying in place and having to completely remake the bed every single day! Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing another set

The comforter is very soft, fits well, but the color is much brighter in person. It looks black/charcoal/gray/whites in the photos online but when I got it, it looks brighter and has a blue hue next to my black decor/pillows. It never states that it’s blue online. I really wanted to like this too. It’s exactly what I was looking for.

Hi Valerie, we're so sorry that your order isn't working out for you! Just so you know, screen settings can vary from device to device, making what you see online a bit different than the product looks in person. We'd like to make things right, please send an email to [email protected] with your order info for further assistance!

I like the color and material, however, it just barely fit my bed. Actually, it was a bit short. The width was ok. I tried putting it on several ways. I have a king size bed with a sleep number mattress and ordered the king size cover. I love your sheets and have ordered them several times...don't think I will order another bed cover. 2/3/25 Thank for your response. You are correct; I should have measured prior to ordering. I will not accept a refund, but thank you. It would be nice if you offered some oversized spreads.

I love the sheets but one of the pillow cases was already coming unraveled right out of the box. Pretty disappointing

Towels were too thin for my satisfaction. Customer service was contacted and was very helpful. I have purchased other items from Linens & Hutch and was pleased with purchases. Just the towels were disappointing. I did not even take the ribbon off them. As soon as I opened the package, I knew they were not for me.

We're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your towel order, but very happy that our CS team was able to assist you with a breezy return! We value your feedback, and will make sure to pass it along to the appropriate teams. We hope to see you again soon!

Good customer service, soft nice sheets. I just don’t I like the fact that their company name Ienjoy isn’t the same as their onsite name , Linen and Hutch which charges a lot more for products when you can get them cheaper on Amazon and or Target. Thank Goodness I had really good coupons and bought very cheaply. Just seems deceiving. All products are not made in USA
