Coverlet fabric was very thin. Speedy delivery. FedEx delivered to incorrect address.

I am on the fence as to whether I should open and try out any of the sheets I ordered. I’ve opened one set, enough to be skeptical that these are not what I was looking for. The feel of the sheets is too slick and the care instructions include ways to avoid wrinkles. I abhor wrinkles in sheets. I’m researching return options while the sheets are still packaged.

With my discount the purchase was sort the price. However, $200 for this quilt is ridiculous. It is thinner than my sheets! The color was advertised as ivory...it is more butter cream. It will be used for a spare bedroom with little use, otherwise I would have returned because I don't think it will last long... it is so thin.

The color of the quilt was exactly what I wanted but I was very disappointed to see that it was made in China.

Items purchased seem to be good quality, but have only had them a few weeks. However, their customer service is missing in action. Sent an email about an issue and never received a response. I gave them a try but uncertain if I will buy from them again.

Quilt was not the color it supposed to be. Looks gray not blue. Very disappointing

We're so sorry for any disappointment! Dusk blue is definitely a blue with gray undertones to it. If you'd like to start a return, please contact [email protected], and our CS team will be happy to assist you!

Linen and Hutch is a great company. I ordered the gel fiber pillows but was a little disappointed in this purchase for the price. I expected a comfortable pillow with great quality but this has very little support; felt like my head hit the mattress instead of cradling in the pillow.

Good sale price but after receiving product, it was not of the quality I expected from Linens & Hutch. Material soft but thin almost sheer & all of seams puckered after normal wash! Disappointed!
