Line Friends Did Not Ship My Order
I ordered from them last year but I never got my order. I verified that they can ship directly to PH and my order went thru however after more than a month, I still didn't get my order. The status of the shipment remained the same - as if they never shipped it. They created the label but did not actually ship my item. Their customer service was fast enough to resolve my concern though so I'd give it to them for that. I got refunded right away. So while the items are legit and authentic, I must say their shipment process and probably their whole logistics is a bit messed up. I've not tried ordering again anymore though.
